Major equipment configuration: Prepare unit, mill, bright annealing unit, formed unit, cleaning unit, straightening machine, polishing machine, slitting machine, deburring and rounded edges units, grinders, recoiling unit, Bell-type furnaces and other facilities .
The main equipment features:
Prepare units: for striping, adjustable (610mm → 508mm), plus a belt (thick material used), material acceptance;

Slitting Line: The ultra-thin precision strip, the user needs is a different tape width, the width of 2 ~ 3mm from the beginning, equipped precision slitting machine, you can cut a variety of sizes according to customer requirements.
Deburring and rounded edges of the unit: used to remove burrs and other defects strip edge and achieve a certain precision, according to user requirements of different strip edge quality.
Bell Furnace: martensitic steel in the production process, in order to eliminate stress and work hardening rolling, get a good cold performance, you need to configure advanced full hydrogen bell furnace.
